First time ordering from Streets?
Woohoo! You’re going to love us; we’ll make sure of it! We would like you to know a couple of things about how we work before you place your first order with us… If you’re an old hat at this, click the X at the top right of this window to get on with it.
We’re a pro lab!
This means our main clientele is (but not limited to) professional photographers and artists. For this reason, we do not make any colour adjustments or changes to your images. We must produce consistent colour output so our clients know what to expect when their prints arrive. This also relies on colour-managed post-production on your end, which you can learn more about here. If you would like us to check and alter the colour or density of your images, please select colour correction as you go through the checkout. One of our staff members will check and adjust all your images individually as necessary.
If you want to check how our output compares to what you’re viewing on screen, please take advantage of our FREE first test print order. Then touch base with the staff here if you require any assistance based on the result.
We’re fully automated, so please check your files…
Your order comes through a beautifully automated system closely managed by our team, allowing us to offer amazing turnaround times. We may not see every image that prints, especially for large orders. But if we pick up on an error or a low-res file, we’ll do our best to get in touch and let you know something is not quite right. However, it is the Client’s responsibility to send through the correct files for printing. So please don’t ignore the exclamation mark that shows up when you drag an image into a template. This tells you the image is much too low-resolution for the size you’ve selected to print, and the print will look less than ideal, you’ll need to source a higher resolution file or choose a smaller print size. Please do not rely on this warning. It is up to you to make sure your images are at a high enough resolution to print.
